Police Re-unites Recently reported missing “Natukunda” to her family.

KAMPALA: Police have discovered and conveyed a housewife to the hospital for medical attention, after disappearing from her matrimonial home in Kampala.

The Victim identified as Natukunda Sharon 29 a resident of Kigowa I in Bukoto II Parish Nakawa in Kampala District went missing on 16. December last year.

The police spokesperson Rusoke Kituuma confirmed to the Media that as recently reported, after Natukunda went to an unknown destination, it prompted her parents to register a case of disappearance at Ntinda police station.

Rusoke said that the investigation to trace her where about commenced until yesterday Monday at around 11:50 AM information was received that the victim was sighted at Kabaga -Kayanga a village in Kitezi parish Kasangati division in Wakiso district.

He added that a team of police officers traced her in Kiteezi at the office of the LC Chairperson, from where Natukunda sharon led the officers to where she was renting which was about 200 meters from the chairman’s place.

“The Parents of Natukunda Sharon went and registered a case of her disappearance from their matrimonial home in Kigowa village , Ntinda parish,Nakawa division Kampala at Ntinda police station.
Investigation to trace her where about commenced and our officers traced her in Kiteezi at the office of the Village chairman after a tip of.” Said Rusoke Kituuma.

Upon a proper interview with the Victim, she attributed her disappearance to domestic violence perpetuated by the husband severely.
