Police Mouth Piece Kayima tips Youths on Responsible Technology Use.
KAMPALA – UGANDA: The head of Information and Publication at the Police ACP Emillian Kayima has emphasized the importance of responsible technology use and nighttime safety for youth.
Kayima was on Wednesday leading a team of officers at Kampala Metropolitan East (Jinja Road) during a heartwarming event.
He further cautioned road users against reckless driving, drinking and driving, and urged them to be vigilant about potential terrorism activities in the festival cerebrations.
During the event, Police distributed Christmas gifts to the elderly and needy in Kinawataka Kireka, spreading joy and festive cheer.
