Peace Keeping Agencies told to enhance security of people in urban centers.

NTUNGAMO: The former Deputy Attorney General of Uganda Mwesigwa Rukutana through his Mwesigwa Rukutana and Company Advocates firm has encouraged security agencies to intensify security of persons in cities and municipalities.

He made remarks on Thursday in Kakoki Nyabushenyi sub county Kajara county during the burial of Felix Kamwesiga, his nephew who went missing five days and later found dead at Mulago Hospital Kampala.

According to Kampala Metropolitan police deputy spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire, the 28-year-old’s body was found at Mulago mortuary having been taken there by officers from Kabalagala police.

Kamwesiga Felix was IT operations manager of “CEO of T and N Miracle Agencies Kampala, one of the agencies that secure foreign jobs for Ugandans.

Hon Rukutana also warned young people to shun moving at night alone on motorcycle saying that it has become a hot spot of death to many Ugandans.

The parents Francis and Norah Kanyesigye described their late son Kamwesiga Felix as a person of noble character, developmental and a friend to all.

Kanyesigye and Norah also appreciated Hon Mwesigwa Rukutana for nurturing the deceased and support during tracing and arranging a decent burial of the deceased.

The Archdeacon Kitunga Archdeaconry Ven. Canon Yoram Ntoreine reminded all mourners that all shall die because the human bodies are like mist.

Ven. Canon Ntoreine however noted that there is a permanent house which is not built with hands in Heaven for those who accepted Jesus Christ.

Late Kamwesiga Felix, whose circumstances leading to his death remains unclear, died at the age of 28 leaving behind a child and was preparing to marry.
