Inmates at Kitalya Mini Max Prison Celebrate Impressive PLE Results
Kampala, Uganda: The Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results from Kitalya Mini Max Prison have been released, revealing an impressive performance by the inmates.
Out of 16 candidates who sat for the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) exams at Kitalya Primary School, 14 passed in Division II and 2 passed in Division III.
Top-performing candidates included Nelson Ayikanying, who scored 13 aggregates, Peter Lolem and Herbert Omine both scoring 16 aggregates.
Notably, all successful candidates from Kitalya have expressed interest in pursuing further education up to the tertiary level.
They aspire to become productive, economically feasible citizens after their release, demonstrating a commitment to rehabilitation and personal growth.
