Budaka D/RDC Hajjati Nusura Nabukalu perishes in a Road Crash
BUDAKA: The Deputy RDC of Budaka, Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura, has tragically died in a tragic Road accident around the Musita area along the Jinja-Iganga highway.
The death of Hajjati Nabukalu was announced by the Minister for the Presidency, Hon. Milly Babalanda, via her official Twitter (X) handle on Sunday.
D/RDC Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura meet her death after her Toyota Double Cabin (UG 4803C) collided head-on with a trailer (KDH 025V) as she was returning from event in Bulamagi, Iganga District.
Minister Babalanda, described the late as steadfast and reliable NRM cadre, who was deeply committed to the party and the nation, serving with integrity and distinction from her early days in local councils.
She further explained of how it’s painful and heartbreaking to lose a committed woman Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura, who she said will be dearly missed for her dedicated services to the motherland.
“I announce the heartbreaking news of the death of the Deputy RDC Budaka, Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura, who has died in an accident this evening at Musita. So painful at this time. She will be dearly missed for her dedicated services to the motherland. May her soul rest in eternal peace and condolences to family, friends and the Presidency at large!” Min. Babalanda noted in a tweet.
Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura was among the appointees by President Yoweri Museveni in the recent reshuffle that saw several RDC and Deputies being promoted and other demoted.
