Rukiga Asst. RDC Asks Clerics to Intergrate Mindset Change into the Gospel
The Rukiga District Assistant RDC Barbra Ainebyoona has called upon Church Leaders to integrate mindset change messages with in the gospel they preach focussing on molding Christians into self-sustainable communities.
Ms. Ainebyoona made the statements yesterday, during her thanks giving ceremony for the recent RDC job appointment, at Mt. Carmel Light of the World Church in Nyakijumba, Kabale Municipality.
She was accompanied by a team of Rukiga and Kabale District officials led by the Rukiga District Senior RDC, Zadok Kamusiime.
Ms. Ainebyoona, charged the born again church leaders and other religious clerics to help in uplifting standards of their audiences by preaching about mindset change for economic development.
She attributed her previous and current blessings to good conduct and the fear of God imparted by the church.
Over Ug. Shs. 10 Million was raised to support the Church programs at Mt. Carmel Light of the World Church.
The Carmel fellowship light of the world ministries Overseer Pastor Julius Asiimwe expressed gratitude for the thanks giving gesture by Ainebyoona and her accompanying team of visitors.
Pastor Julius who also shepherds the Kabale based Church, further encouraged believers to live within their means and have a positive mindset towards work for a happy and prosperous life.
Other prominent figures at Ms. Ainebyoona’s thanks giving ceremony included the Rukiga District LC.5 Chairman Mbabazi Robert Kakwerere, Kabale District LC.5 Chairman Nelson Nshangabasheija, Rukiga County Mp Aspirant Counsel Kiconco Patrick Katabazi, Didas Ndamira a prominent business man and husaband of the Kabale District Woman Mp Catherine Ndamira, among others.
