Drop is a 2025 thriller about Violet, whose date takes a violent turn when she begins receiving anonymous messages from a caller who wants the widowed woman to execute a series of malicious instructions.
If she rebels or tells anyone about the messages, the caller will kill her family. Initially, Violet is willing to play along.
But then the caller asks the woman to kill Henry, her date. Directed by Christopher Landon (Dirty Sexy Money, Paranormal Activity 2 – 6, Happy Death Day 1 & 2), Drop has a Rotten Tomatoes critic score of 85 per cent after 104 reviews.
Critics are calling it fun and suspenseful. You can watch it in cinemas today.
